Infracraft Detailed Joinery is very proud to have been chosen to deliver the high-quality joinery for the award winning Edensor Gardens. Having previously completed two smaller aged care projects, this was the first large scale project Infracraft Detailed Joinery completed with Total Construction.
Total Construction was awarded the MBA Excellence in Construction Award for Aged Care Buildings, open price category for Edensor Gardens a $40.5m, 139 bed aged care home.

The design philosophy of this residence is to create an exceptional environment that offers an abundance of choice in spaces and living experiences for residents and their loved ones to share.
Working with interior designers who have produced some of Australia’s most high end resorts and hotels, Edensor Gardens uses a luxurious contemporary Australian palate to create comfortable sophistication. The architecture is generous in its scale and interactions with it’s surroundings.
The residential suites radiate off the communal area and finish in a distinct form, each of a similar scale to the neighbouring residential buildings and aligned with the general pattern of building footprints and streets.
With an onsite cafe, multi-function room, beauty salon, library, cinema, gym, men’s shed, bocci court, rustic courtyard with pizza oven and bbq, vegetable garden, orchard, playground, Koi pond, lounges, terraces, dining rooms, and more, the choices and experiences to be had are endless. More info…
